Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP) Legal Services
These are special partnerships set up with additional rules which provide some limited liability but not so called blanket limited liability. Typically professionals such as lawyers, accountants, doctors, dentists, engineers and architects may form as LLPs . Typically, limited liability is applicable to third parties, but not clients of the professional, with any remaining client liability preferably covered by professional liability insurance. This is a regulated form of business structure and should not be attempted without legal advice.
